Recruitment Consultant — Financial Services

SwiftSparrow is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in financial services appointments across banking, asset management and fintech. We're expanding our team and looking for a consultant who's ready to develop a specialist desk with real support behind them.

The role

You'll be working a 360 desk focused on mid-level appointments across front office, risk, compliance and operations. Day to day:

- Developing client relationships with financial services firms across London
- Sourcing and screening candidates through direct headhunt and inbound applications
- Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
- Building your own network in a specialist market

About you
